kodest Technology participated in the "2022 International Commercial Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing and Frame Technology Summit" to help the industry develop rapidly and healthily

As one of the co-organizers of this conference, Kodest Technology was invited by the organizer to give a presentation on "Low-temperature and Environmentally Friendly Electrophoretic Technology" with the theme of vehicle frames. The content mainly revolved around national policy requirements, reducing the energy consumption cost of coating, material requirements, and limiting the harmful substances in the environment. It elaborated on the efforts and achievements made by Kodest Technology to meet the performance of automotive electrophoretic technology while meeting the requirements of low-temperature environmental protection.

Commercial vehicle frames have many varieties of products, low modularization, low concentration of product contributions, and relatively backward four new technologies. The frames, the backbone of commercial vehicles, have ushered in a new round of process upgrade opportunities, such as the corresponding material processing technology upgrades under the lightweight trend, the advanced anti-corrosion technology and reliability assurance technology upgrades faced by the mid-to-high-end development direction, the increasingly severe environmental protection phosphorus-free pre-treatment process upgrades, and the assembly process upgrades faced by the modular development of frames. Kodest Technology, together with many OEMs, established trust between the supply and demand sides of the value chain on the summit platform, fully communicated, and jointly discussed the pain points and difficulties of the industry. Guided by source control and long-term control, and with green environmental protection as the direction, we reached an industry consensus and jointly promoted the upgrade of frame process equipment and process technology, and promoted the high-quality development of frames towards environmentally friendly, lightweight, and intelligent frames.

Under the sluggish situation of the commercial vehicle industry, when new energy enters a rapid development channel and the industry enters a period of competition between traditional international and new car-making forces, it is a critical period to practice internal skills and improve its own strength. Kodest Technology was founded in 1993.
