KD-312A phosphating solution, electrophoresis pretreatment solution

This product is a room temperature zinc phosphating liquid, which can form a uniform and dense phosphate conversion film on the surface of steel zinc alloy. It can be used as a coating base to enhance the adhesion and corrosion resistance of paint. It has a wide range of processes, contains a variety of phosphating accelerators, and forms a film quickly and evenly. It is better to use it with KD-332 phosphating accelerator. It is characterized by good stability, easy and convenient parameter control, and simple use.

KD-312A contains more than 10% phosphoric acid and soluble metal ions; the neutralizer contains alkali, so you should pay attention to protecting your eyes and skin when using it, and rinse with plenty of water if you come into contact with it.

Plastic barrel packaging, when the temperature of the storage warehouse is low, if crystals precipitate, they should be heated and dissolved before adding.
