KD-322 degreasing agent, electrophoresis pretreatment agent

KD-322 is a two-component degreaser, of which KD-322A contains alkali and surfactants, rust inhibitors, and mildew inhibitors, and is a weak alkaline degreaser. This product is suitable for degreasing ferrous metals, and is characterized by good degreasing effect, good stability, easy and convenient parameter control, wide range, and no corrosion to the metal surface. The degreasing effect is better when used with degreasing agent KD-322B.

2. Construction technical parameters
1. Free alkalinity: 8-10 degrees
2. Total alkalinity: 16-32
3. Processing temperature: room temperature or heated to 40-50℃
4. Processing method: immersion method or spraying method
5. Processing time: 5-8 minutes (immersion method) 1.5-3 minutes (spraying method)

3. Key points for safe operation
This product contains alkaline substances. If it contacts the skin or splashes into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water immediately.

4. Packaging and storage
If the KD-322A degreaser has slight caking, it is caused by the alkaline substance absorbing water, which does not affect the use effect.
KD-322A degreaser components are packaged in 25kg 2-layer woven bags, and KD-322B degreaser components are packaged in 60L plastic barrels.
